How do I care for my Victus Equestrian products? 

We recommend that you cold wash your products and dry out of direct sunlight. 

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX, as well as Afterpay and PayPal. We also accept payment via Shop pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as Union Pay. 

 

Can I change an order that is already placed? 

If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order, please email us at victusequestrian@gmail.com with your request marked URGENT in the subject line as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help out. Our warehouse work hard to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel. If your order is not able to be changed, you will then need to follow the exchange process.
